First Sun is on the beautiful waterfront of Byron Bay with stunning panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and walking access to all the shops and cafés in the centre of town, not to mention a short drive or energetic walk up to Cape Byron Lighthouse on Australia's most easterly point.

Just down the road from Byron Bay is Suffolk Park where our most southern park is located. The beach at Suffolk Park has views north to the Lighthouse and south to the rocks at Broken Head or a short beachwalk to either.

Whichever park you stay at they both offer picturesque views of the surrounding waterfront with easy access to the local shops and attractions to be found in the Byron Shire region.

The Byron Shire region enjoys pleasant temperatures throughout the year with an average of 27ºC in summer and 22ºC degrees in winter. Various highways provide easy travelling routes to Byron Bay and Brunswick Heads with airports such as Ballina, Coolangatta (Gold Coast) and Brisbane airports all being easy distances to drive between. Coach companies also regularly pass through this area.
