First Sun is a very popular destination for holiday-makers with its being located in the heart of Byron Bay as well as being situated on the cliff-face overlooking the beach below and over to the Lighthouse. All the Byron attractions are within just a short walk from this park.

All of our parks offer on site cabin accommodation as well as powered and unpowered sites for guests to bring their caravan or tent.

Linen and Towel Hire-Cabins
Linen and towel hire available on request. Queen/Double linen $15.00, Single Linen $7.50.
Office Hours (Monday to Sunday)
7.30am to 7.30pm. 9.00am to 11.00am Christmas Day.
Open Fires/Pets
Unfortunately open fires and pets are not permitted on any of Council's Holiday Parks.
Refunds
All refunds are subject to an administration fee. Please ask for a copy of our Refund Policy.

Skates, Skateboards, Bicycles and Scooters.
For the safety of our visitors, please ensure that skateboards are only used in designated areas outside of the parks. All cyclists in the parks must wear cycle helmets. In order to prevent accidents, please do not use bicycles, scooters, skates or roller blades before 9am or after sunset.
